We provide excellent service for your furry friend's luxurious spa day. We only use chemical-free & environmentally safe products. All grooming & baths include luxury shampoo, conditioner, ears, nails, glands, brush & blow dry.

We require all of our daycare dogs to have Leptospirosis & Influenza Flu vaccines in addition to the current required vaccinations: Bordetella, DPP/Parvo, & Rabies.

FAQ & POLICIES

We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but here are some things to keep in mind:

We book our stylists on a daily and hourly schedule, we must provide these policies in order to ensure fairness and respect of the stylists time and schedule.

 

Cancellation/no-show policy: For all new clients, a credit/debit card will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment and will be safely kept on file. A $45 first-time booking deposit will be charged, and this will go towards your groom appointment. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for a cancellation or reschedule to ensure a cancellation fee is not applied. For all no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $45 fee per dog will be applied to your credit/debit card.

Late fee: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we will apply a $25 late fee and we cannot guarantee that the groomer will be able to perform the requested service in full. After being contacted that your pet is ready and not going into daycare, we can watch them free of charge for 30 minutes. A $10 kennel fee will be charged hourly after the 30 minutes has passed. This is to ensure the most comfort for your pup.

Rescheduling: If you have to reschedule your appointment, please call before 5pm the day before your appointment to ensure a cancellation fee is not applied. Our team will work with you to reschedule you for the next available appointment.

Incomplete service: If your dog becomes too emotionally distraught or stressed, we will stop the service for the safety of your pet and our groomers. If you’d like to attempt to finish your service at a different time, we will book you another appointment within the same week at no extra cost.

Wait List: We are more than happy to add you to our waitlist if you are trying to get your pup in sooner! Sometimes we have rescheduled appointments last minute, and we will contact our list first come first serve in order of date requests.

Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with the grooming services you receive. After each groom, we will make sure you are happy with the results. If you notice anything you don't like when you get home, please contact us within 24 hours so our stylists can schedule a time to alter the groom to your liking, free of charge. Re-do appointments must be scheduled no more than 7 days after the initial groom. If a correction is not possible, we will review some options for you. The cost of grooming service in its entirety may not be refunded. Our stylists do the best they can with what the condition of your pets hair is in. We will always go over with you if we don't feel we can achieve the look you are going for, or need to wait until your pup's hair is in healthier shape to receive the best result possible.
